Cancellation Policy; We MUST be given at least ten days notice of cancellation before your confirmed arrival date. A $30 processing fee for each suite. However, if you cancel within 10 days of your stay, you are financially responsible for each COMPLETE CONFIRMED RESERVATION. If we are able to rebook, there is only a $30 cancellation fee for each suite. Upon notice of cancellation, we will furnish a cancellation number and mail a cancellation post card. KEEP THE CANCELLATION CARD AND NUMBER FOR CANCELLATION VALIDATION. You are responsible for any damage to the home or it's contents. A fee will be charged to your account.
