Pilates is a method of physical conditioning that focus on breathing and precise body movement that was developed by Joseph H. Pilates and his wife Clara. Practicing pilates helps you develop a healthy, balanced body and mind. Pilates helps you become more limber and flexible, stand taller, improves your posture, and increases your bone density.
Pilates is done at your own pace; designed around your personal strengths and weaknesses. Because a unique program is set up for each Pilates practitioner, anyone can enjoy the benefits of Pilates. A specialized set of equipment and techniques developed by Joseph H. Pilates and West Coast Pilates are used at the retreat and are taught by Certified Pilates Instructors.

Policies
1. Attire that allows for freedom of movement is necessary (exercise apparel is the best).
2. All Pilates sessions are scheduled by appointment only. All appointments are paid for in advance.
3. There are no refunds.
4. Appointment cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled time. (You will be charged for the missed appointment without 24 hour notification unless it can be rebooked)
5. All Pilates sessions expire 75 days from date of purchase.
6. If you are absent consecutively for more than 8 weeks, you will need to have a re-enrollment consultation before scheduling any appointments.
