Klaiber Ranch Bed & Breakfast
We offer two rooms at this Romantic Hill Country bed & breakfast. The rooms are located on opposite ends of this large limestone and wood home to insure your privacy. Each room has it's own private bath. Both rooms also have views of Polander creek, the wildlife and sheep that roam the property.
DURING THE WARM SUMMER MONTHS, COME AND RELAX IN THE SITTING POOLS PROVIDED BY THE CLEAR, COOL SPRING FED WATER OF BOTH POLANDER & METZGER CREEK'S LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY.
FOR THE ROCK COLLECTORS, THE AREA HAS AN ABUNDANCE OF ROCKS, MINERALS & FOSSILS TO BE FOUND ALONG THE CREEK BEDS AS WELL AS BY HIKING AROUND THE RANCH.
THIS AREA IS ALSO KNOWN TO BE RICH IN NATIVE AMERICAN ARTIFACTS LEFT BY THE COMMANCHE INDIANS. YOU MIGHT JUST GET LUCKY IF YOU LOOK HARD ENOUGH!
The B&B is located 7 miles south of Enchanted Rock State Park, 40 minutes from the WMA Bat tunnel, 40 minutes from the Presidential Ranch and State Park of Lyndon B. Johnson and 30 minutes from Luckenbach, TX as well as other State Parks, vineyards and wineries. Click on this link, "DINE, TO DO & VISIT" for a complete list.
There is an abundance of wildlife to be viewed such as Deer, Turkey and a variety of birds that come to the many feeders. Some of the birds here for your bird watching pleasure are; Cardinals, Painted Buntings, Purple Martins, Bluebirds, Humming birds and Finches.

We serve a hot breakfast in the morning @ 8:30 AM on the weekends. Samples of Breakfast items that are offered;
omelets, shrimp scrambled eggs, baked
croissant French toast, bacon, Canadian style bacon, sausage, biscuits or toast.
A continental style breakfast is served Monday-Friday.
Coffee and tea are available at 7:30 AM.
Check -In time is 2 PM. If you are going to arrive earlier than that please call ahead of time to see if the room is ready or if there will be someone here to greet you. Check out time is 11 AM.
We have Direct TV satellite service in both rooms as week as in the common area.
We also have high speed satellite internet service with wireless capability through out the house should have a laptop with you.
Since we do not get a strong cell phone signal here we provide free domestic long distance telephone access in the common area with cordless phones.
Feel free to hike around on the 30 acres and enjoy the views of the spring fed creeks.
